Refund policy
We want you to love your purchase from Cosy and Clever. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" in the product description
- Hygiene-related products (including beauty tools and personal care items) that have been opened or used
- Perishable goods
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@cosyandclever.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them. After this window, your order may already be processing with our supplier.
