Shipping policy
Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–5 business days depending on the supplier and product.
Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location:
- UK-based suppliers: 3–7 business days
- European suppliers: 7–14 business days
- International suppliers: 14–30 business days
Estimated delivery times will be shown on each product page where possible.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the product's supplier.
Multiple Items If you order products from different suppliers, they may arrive in separate parcels at different times.
Order Tracking Where available, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, please contact us at lovelyjatkaur@gmail.com within 14 days and we'll work to resolve it promptly.
